Wealth Dynamix and ELCA announce strategic partnership to drive the digitization of the Private Banking sector in Switzerland
Wealth Dynamix, a leading Client Lifecycle Management solution provider, and ELCA, one of the largest independent Swiss Consultancy firms have partnered to drive digitization in the Private Banking sector in Switzerland. This new partnership will enable ELCA to offer its customers a solution designed to deliver specific business outcomes around client acquisition, client management and onboarding.
Wealth Dynamix’s cutting-edge solution, WDX ONE, and the team’s expertise will complement ELCA’s offering to the Swiss Private Banking sector. The WDX ONE solution will be implemented by local ELCA implementation teams, supported by Wealth Dynamix based out of the firm’s newly opened offices in Zurich. A specialist team of local ELCA consultants and business analysts will be available throughout the project, ensuring the successful delivery of the Wealth Dynamix solution, and providing ongoing support thereafter. The collaborated offering will form the foundation of a firm’s digital strategy focusing on superior client outcomes delivered via digital channels.
Commenting on the partnership, Yves Burki, Head of Business Line Financial Services, ELCA says “ELCA is proud to announce a new partnership with Wealth Dynamix, the 5th fastest growing fintech firm in Europe according to the Financial Times’ FT 1000. We will offer Wealth Dynamix’s multi-award winning Client Lifecycle Management solution to our Private Banking customers. Based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, the solution will enable our clients to address industry challenges around conduct risk and the increased demand for levels of relationship management, client service, mobile and digital communication. We are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation.”
Niklas Lindberg, Chief Revenue Office, Wealth Dynamix, comments “We are absolutely delighted to have partnered with ELCA. ELCA have a long history of helping their clients transform their businesses with technology, we share a lot of the same values and an excellent track record in delivering solutions to clients. ELCA’s local knowledge and technical expertise compliments our industry knowledge and product, and will give us the opportunity to bring WDX ONE to new clients in the Swiss market. We are really looking forward to working with them.”
The benefits of embracing technology are clear, financial services and, in particular, the private banking sector have been somewhat lagging behind in adopting new digital tools. The partnership between ELCA and Wealth Dynamix presents an opportunity for firms in the Private Banking sector to execute and accelerate their digital transformation strategy, giving firms the right tools to better manage their clients, improve internal processes around operations and in turn grow their AuM.
