WDX offers client lifecycle management and business intelligence solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform which can be delivered either via the cloud or within existing in-house infrastructure. WDX solutions are purpose built to address the industry challenges around conduct risk and increased demand for levels of relationship management, client service, mobile and digital communication.

Senior Management

Gary Linieres - Chief Executive Officer

Gary Linieres, cofounder of WDX, has over 15 years’ experience in the financial technology sector, encompassing sales, sales management and general management roles in software vendors around the world.

Gary started his career as a European sales executive for Microbank software. After 7 years, Gary concluded his career at Microbank running the continental European business based in Paris before the company was successfully sold to SunGard.

Following Microbank Gary held several senior sales management and directorships at Netik, Reuters and DSTi before finally becoming Managing Director of Financial Objects Wealth Management Division.

Prior to WDX, Gary cofounded Third Financial Software in 2007 and in 2012 sold his stake in TFS to start his own venture.

Brent Randall - Chief Operating Officer

Brent Randall is the cofounder and chief operating officer of WDX and has over 20 years of experience in the investment management software industry.

Previously, Brent was a Director at Third Financial Software where he was responsible for product development.

Prior to that Brent headed up the wealth management division at Financial Objects directing business development and product strategy.

Brent was also an associate director at DST International Ltd, where he was responsible for the global product strategy of the company’s institutional front office and wealth management solutions.

Brent has an honours degree in Geography from Downing College, Cambridge.

Niklas Lindberg - Chief Revenue Officer

Niklas Lindberg is the Chief Revenue Officer at WDX, based in Zurich Switzerland, responsible for all sales, marketing and partnership activities globally.

Niklas has more than 20 years of experience within the Technology industry in various management roles across EMEA and USA including Microsoft, where he most recently was leading the Financial Services Industry segment of Microsoft Switzerland.

Niklas’ career started within business consulting, including managing the Nordic CRM vertical at Deloitte Consulting. Niklas’ background also includes 2 start-ups with the London based FinTech start up Algomi as the most recent one, where he led the global sales efforts.

Niklas holds a degree in Marketing from OSU, coupled with executive courses at MIT Sloan.

Dominic Gamble - Head of APAC

Dominic Gamble is the Head of Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, and is responsible for our growth strategy across the region.

Dominic has close to 20 years’ experience in finance and specifically wealth management. After 10 years as a Private Banker at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank covering Asia and Middle East UHNW clients, in 2012 he founded the leading digital client acquisition portal for the wealth industry in the UK, and subsequently launched an Asia-focused online B2C wealth management platform  in Singapore in 2015. That Asia business was acquired by a regional wealth management technology business in 2017, for whom he became Chief Digital Officer and head of Solution Sales for their award-winning Advisory and Engagement product suite.

Dominic has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and has been named in the top 19 ex-bankers in the fintech industry globally in 2018.

Dominic Snell - Director of Consulting

With 10 years’ experience working in Blue Chip organisations, Dominic has spent most of these working to deliver large-scale projects to implement CRM strategies in various sectors, with clients including Barclays Wealth, RBS and Apple. During this time he has developed a strong working knowledge of the best practices and the pitfalls of embarking on such projects, and also brings deep product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and its use in wealth and investment management.

Dominic’s mission at WDX is help our clients realise the value of their investment by focusing on building software they need and the support to ensure adoption by the business.

Helen Artlett-Coe - Head of HR & Talent

Helen has more than 17 years’ experience in Recruitment and in that time has worked for 3 Microsoft Partners. Heading up Human Resources and Recruitment for Wealth Dynamix globally, Helen brings an array of experience that enables our HR and Recruitment function to self-source via headhunting, branded advertising campaigns and university partnerships for graduates.

People are our biggest asset; Helen’s mission is to ensure that the HR & Recruitment team and processes are robust and scalable, that we foster and maintain a culture that ensures a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Helen is currently studying towards her Level 5 CIPD qualification.

Juan Stoppa - Head of Solution Architecture

Juan has over 12 years’ experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical consultant and he has spent the last 4 exploring and implementing new web technologies at WDX.

His current responsibility is designing and overseeing the technical implementation of WDX across clients.

Before joining WDX, Juan has worked for Barclays, Fujitsu and Ciber delivering large scale CRM projects primarily in the financial services industry.

Juan has a first degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Blas Pascal and a MSc in Business Information Technology from London South Bank University.

Laura Dalziel - Group Head of Marketing

Laura is the Group Head of Marketing for WDX and is in charge of the global marketing strategy by working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand recognition, build strong partnerships and promote WDX as a market leader.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages and is qualified in Microsoft Dynamics sales and Click Dimensions marketing for CRM.

Prior to WDX, Laura worked internationally for over 6 years in various managerial roles within a Worldwide educational and activity organisation and later as a primary and secondary teacher in Madrid. Laura holds a Masters in Secondary Education and is a fluent speaker of French and Spanish.

Matthew Yates - SVP Americas

Matt has 9 years’ experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant across a wide variety of industries.

Matt started his career designing and implementing Expert Systems in the Public Sector, before moving into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space. He has since gone to take the lead role on several large enterprise CRM projects including names such as Coller Capital and London Metal Exchange.

Prior to WDX, Matt was as a Global CRM Lead on a pan-European project; managing a team of eleven to deliver a scalable Dynamics CRM solution to nine countries.

Nils Beuth - Head of Development

Nils has been doing the CRM gig for too long to remember, primarily in London’s financial sector but also in government (both London and Dubai) and transport (London). He has taken an unorthodox route to ‘head of development’; starting as a pure business analyst, dabbling in project management but ultimately finding solace at the coalface of software development.

At work these days Nils focuses on two main themes:

1. Improving software quality via agile methodologies, architecture, design patterns, continuous integration, refactoring and code reviews.

2. Bridging the gap between user stories and development, and driving better performance and cohesion amongst all team members.

Rhodri Streeter - Head of Production Services

Rhodri has 13 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning private and government sectors. During this time he has had exposure to a broad range of technology implementation projects and IT operations, both from client and vendor perspectives. As Head of Production Services, Rhodri is responsible for overseeing application support, production change and release, managed services, infrastructure and IT operations within the company.

Rhodri gained a BSc with Honours in Computer Science from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and currently holds MCSE qualifications for Dynamics 365.

Robert Conacher - Head of Institutional & Alternative Investments

Bringing over 13 years of industry experience, Robert Conacher is WDX’s Head of Institutional and Alternative Investments. He is in charge of overseeing the product strategy for this investment sector.

Working closely with clients to deliver largescale (and often complex) CRM projects is Robert’s forte. He strives to deliver excellence by nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients seeking a trusted technology partner.

Prior to WDX, Robert most-recently worked with Barclays Wealth where he implemented two significant strategic and cross-border projects. Other previous roles included defining and delivering a number of client solutions at Third Financial and Avanade.

Robert holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree of Engineering, both from the University of Technology Sydney.

Robert Roome - Director of Product

Robert Roome has over 13 years’ experience in helping organisations implement and embed customer relationship management solutions. This has included roles at consultancies such as Capgemini, and large financial services organisations such as Barclays Wealth, RBS and Capital International. With his current role of Product Owner for WDX, Robert is responsible for overseeing the digital engagement & client management product, working with potential Fintech partners, and overseeing some of the largest deployments of the WDX Software.

Robert gained a first in Computer Science from University of York, he also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Roxanne Afzali - Head of Sales EMEA

Roxanne spearheads the pursuit of the many opportunities that exist in the market and has been responsible for the strategic promotions and sales positioning of WDX in the EMEA market.

Prior to joining WDX, Roxanne was working in the technology solutions industry for a number of years and was the Head of Sales for Third Financial.

Roxanne has a BSC Hons in Law and MSc in Business Management from Imperial College London.

Sonia Moore - Director of Operations EMEA

Sonia Moore has over 13 years of commercial experience with various Blue Chip organisations, 8 of which as a Dynamics CRM Programme / Project manager within the financial sector.

Prior to WDX, Sonia was a CRM programme manager within the CRM Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Barclays, delivering large-scale Dynamics CRM institutional projects to numerous parts of the Barclays business globally, including Barclays Corporate and Barclays Capital and covering implementation requirements such as client relationship and opportunity management, events management and complex complaints management.

Sonia acquired a first class honour degree in Computer Applications (Information Systems), she also holds a number of related Microsoft Dynamics qualifications.

Spencer Clark - Solutions Architect

Spencer Clark has over 15 years of experience as a developer and consultant within the investment management software industry.

His current responsibility is directing the product development of WDX new generation wealth management CRM solution.

Previously, Spencer was the product architect at Third Financial Software where he led the early development effort for the product and later became the key technical guru for the organisation.

Prior to that Spencer has held several senior technical development roles at Financial Objects, GAM and WMS.
