Interviews – Our process varies slightly by role, but you can expect a recruiter phone screen, face-to-face meetings or video calls with a senior member of the team, hiring manager and senior management, as well as a combination of technical tests and case study presentation. At times we may also ask you to complete a personality profile to help determine the best path for you.
