Privacy Policy 

This privacy policy will explain why we collect your information, how we use it, what your rights are, what our obligations are and how we keep your information secure. 

We regularly review our privacy policy and invite you to check back periodically in-case the policy has been updated.

Where we refer to Wealth Dynamics or WDX we mean Wealth Dynamics Limited T/A Wealth-Dynamix. 

We will comply with data protection law and principles, so your data will be:  

  • Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.  
  • Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is not aligned with those purposes. 
  • Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.  
  • Accurate and kept up to date.  
  • Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.  
  • Kept securely. 

Using your information to provide Wealth Dynamics services 

We collect and hold personal information that identifies clients, intermediaries, suppliers and other third parties.   The types and amount of information we collect will change depending on your relationship with us.  We only collect the data we need to provide the services you have asked for, or that we need to fulfil our legal obligations in relation to those services.  If we need to collect additional information, we will explain why we need it. 

You are not obliged to provide any of the information we ask you for, but if you choose not to, we may be unable to provide you with services or respond to your enquiries. 

When you enquire about our services and when you have appointed Wealth Dynamics to provide services or if you have applied for a position within wealth Dynamics, your personal information may be used for: 

  • Responding to enquiries, offering services, and agreeing terms of business 
  • Communicating with you about the services you have asked us to provide and informing you of changes that affect those services. 
  • Providing our software solutions to you 
  • Processing an application for employment 

There are occasions where it is in our legitimate interests to collect and process your information, for example: 

  • Analysing details of the number of visits to our website and the pages visitors view allows us to update and improve it.  This allows us to refine the site and make your visits to our website more interesting and informative. 
  • To make you aware of additional or new services that we feel could be of benefit to you and will complement the services we already provide. 

In some circumstances we cannot process your data without your explicit consent.  If we ask you to provide sensitive information, we will fully explain your options before we ask you to provide it.  

Sharing your information within Wealth Dynamics 

Wherever possible, information provided for internal functions is anonymised, for example, where statistical information is shared to meet group reporting requirements.  There are, however, times where we cannot provide the relevant services or process applications for employment without using some personal information. In these cases, access is only granted to employees who need it to provide those services or make decisions, and the amount of information shared is limited to the minimum that will allow them to fulfil their functions. 

When you apply for employment at Wealth Dynamics and you voluntarily provide us with an initial CV, you are agreeing that we may hold and process your information to facilitate your application for employment with us. 

 If we decide to progress your initial application with us, you will be provided with an additional HR privacy notice that provides greater detail on how we store and process your information. You will need to provide additional consent so we can process your application with us. 

CVs will be stored on our systems for a minimum period of 6 months and no longer than 12 months and you can instruct us to remove your information at any time. 

Sharing your information with other organisations 

In the usual course of our business, we use third party organisations to support the essential delivery of our services.  Under these circumstances Wealth Dynamics remains responsible for the security and privacy of your information, and we regularly review all third parties’ security measures to ensure they meet the same standards you expect from us. 

All third-party organisations operate under contracts that restrict their use of your personal information in providing the services we have employed them for. 

The services they provide include: 

  • providing and supporting the technology systems in which information is stored. 
  • transportation and storage of information and confidential destruction 
  • managing events arranged by Wealth Dynamics 
  • administering email campaigns for information or marketing purposes 
  • Processing applications for employment, I.e., background checks 
  • Providing application support for our products 

We may carry out retrospective checks for individuals who are already in the employ of Wealth Dynamics where required to do so.  

Transferring your information to other countries 

If we share your information with organisations in different countries, including other Wealth Dynamics companies, we ensure they apply equivalent levels of protection.    

Countries in the European Economic Area and those that are recognised as providing adequate protection by the European Commission are considered secure.  Their laws provide you with the same rights and protections in relation to your personal data. 

In the event where we transfer your data to a WDX entity, and that entity resides in a geographical location outside of the UK, we will ensure that all data protection controls required under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) are upheld and maintained. We will abide by all required data protection laws in any country we operate and will ensure that inter-company data transfers are protected.  

Using your contact details 

From time to time, we will send you important notices about the products or services you have asked us to provide including any changes to policies or terms that could have an impact on you. 

We may also send you emails containing newsletters and articles, information about additional products or services provided by Wealth Dynamics, or invitations to events we are organising, attending, or sponsoring.  You can opt-out of receiving these messages by contacting [email protected] or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in those emails. 

We never sell or lease your personal information or share it with other organisations outside Wealth Dynamics for marketing purposes. 

Storing and deleting your information 

The amount of time we keep your personal information will vary depending on your relationship with Wealth Dynamics.  We will retain your data when it is in our legitimate interest to do so, and we will retain for the following periods: 

  • CVs or applications for employment: Maximum 12 months 
  • Name / address / email submitted via website: Maximum 18 months 
  • Signing up for our newsletter: 36 months 

You can of course, at any time request that we delete your data from our system, and we will do so within 7 working days of the request being made (With a working day defined as Monday to Friday).  

Keeping your information secure 

We take the security of personal information and confidential documents extremely seriously.  Wealth Dynamics complies with data protection legislation, and we have put in place appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorised access or unlawful use of confidential or personal information.  

We restrict access to personal information to Wealth Dynamics employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information to process it for us.   

Wealth Dynamics’s Information Security Management System is ISO27001 accredited, and we employ a wide variety of technical and organisational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. 

These will include but may not be limited to: 

  • Encryption of data at rest or in transit 
  • Internal security policies, processes, and management controls 
  • Regular reviews and audits of our systems 
  • Controlled access to premises 
  • Multi-factor authentication 
  • ISO27001 Certification 
  • Regular security testing and vulnerability assessment and management 
  • Segregation of Duties 
  • Malware detection 
  • Segmented production and test environments 
  • Vendor management with appropriate security due diligence  

Your rights 

You have the right to:  

  • know whether Wealth Dynamics is processing your personal information. 
  • request a copy of the personal information Wealth Dynamics holds about you. 
  • have any inaccuracies corrected or and have incomplete personal data completed. 
  • have your personal data erased if it is no longer needed.  
  • object to Wealth Dynamics processing your data. 
  • ask Wealth Dynamics to restrict the processing of your data. 
  • object to processing that is carried out in Wealth Dynamics’s legitimate interests. 
  • not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing if this process will cause legal or personal effects on you 
  • make a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority or regulator. 
  • withdraw all consent given. 

Social Media 

Wealth Dynamics uses several social media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We receive some information about you from these sites when you interact with us or access our social media content. The amount of information we receive is governed by your social media account privacy settings and the policies and procedures of each social media platform. You can access their privacy/data policies by clicking on the following links for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. 

Links to external sites 

The Wealth Dynamics website contains links to other websites which are not controlled by Wealth Dynamics.  We are not responsible for the privacy of those sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of each one. 

Cookies and other information we collect from our website 

A cookie is a file which is sent to your computer or other access device when you visit a website.  The Wealth Dynamics website uses cookies to analyse user activities which helps us to develop it and initiate improvements aimed at making your visits simpler and more relevant.

When someone visits www.wealth-dynamix.com we may use third party services such as Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We may collect information about your computer (or mobile device), including where available your IP address, operating system, and browser type, for system administration or analytics or for our own commercial purposes. 

This information is only processed in a way which does not personally identify anyone.
